1. Introduction
Welcome to Bapi Travels. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payments
A minimum advance payment is required to confirm bookings. Final payments must be cleared 15 days prior to departure.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days prior will receive a 80% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

4. Liability
Bapi Travels acts merely as an agent for transportation and hotels. We are not liable for delays caused by weather or external factors.
